We purchased Rosa Alta in 2010 fulfilling our dream of having our own property in Spain to eventually retire to. We fell in love with Spain after living in Madrid for 4 years and exploring nearly every province. We were particularly drawn to the lovely climate and interesting history, culture, and architecture of Andalucia. One visit to Gaucin and we knew we’d found what we were looking for! Rosa Alta, with its olive and almond trees, stunning views, and peaceful atmosphere captured our hearts.
